3L Business Seminar

The purpose of Advanced Business Law Seminar is to enhance the corporate/commercial education offered by the University’s Faculty of Law by offering third year law students an opportunity to study and analyze sophisticated corporate commercial transactions. Students are given practical exposure to the essentials of complex corporate commercial transactions, preparing them for entry into their articling year. The course is taught by practitioners specializing in corporate commercial law.
