Reimbursements

What to Expect

In accordance with the SLS Constitution and By-Laws, the Windsor Students’ Law Society (SLS) reimburses approved, budgeted club expenses only. The SLS does not provide advance funding (“float” funds) due to accountability requirements with the UWSA.

How to Submit a Reimbursement

  1. Complete the Online Reimbursement Form using the link below

  2. Ensure you clearly identify the budget line your expense corresponds to.

  3. Upload a clear scan or photo of your receipt.

Payment & Timing

  • Reimbursements are issued by the Vice President, Finance via e-transfer or cash.

  • You should receive your reimbursement within 10 calendar days.

  • If you have not received payment within 14 calendar days, please contact the Vice President, Finance.
