Constitution
Our Constitution sets out the rules for Council meetings, Executive and Council responsibilities, and how proposals are voted on.
Our Constitution underwent an amendment process and is now ratified as of March 5, 2025.
By-Laws
The SLS By-Laws set out how clubs are created, how budgets and fundraising are managed, how appointed positions are filled, and how elections are conducted.
Financial procedures for clubs and committees are outlined in By-Law IV.
The University of Windsor Students’ Alliance (UWSA) By-Laws set out the rules and financial requirements that apply to all student organizations at the University of Windsor, including the SLS and its clubs.
